Anti-corruption audit

  Anti-corruption audit is a professional activity aimed at verifying compliance with the requirements of national legislation, in particular the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption" of 14.10.2014 № 1700-VII.

   A set of rules, standards and procedures for detecting, combating and preventing corruption in the activities of a legal entity is reflected in the anti-corruption program of the legal entity.

 

   The heads of the following enterprises are obliged to approve the anti-corruption program:

 

1) state, communal enterprises, business associations (in which the state or communal share exceeds 50 percent), where the average number of employees for the reporting (financial) year exceeds fifty people, and the amount of gross income from sales of products (works, services) for this period exceeds seventy million hryvnias;

2) legal entities that are participants in the procurement procedure in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement", if the cost of purchasing goods (goods), services (services), works is equal to  or exceeds 20 million hryvnias.


  A legal entity must undergo an external evaluation at least once every three years
